Sehlen is a small village nestled in the wooded hills at the green heart of Rügen Island. Thanks to its central location and connection to the B 96, Sehlen is an ideal starting point for reaching the island’s beaches, attractions, and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund. The beaches on Rügen’s east coast are just a 15–20 minute drive away. In the immediate area, you can enjoy peaceful walks, cycling, or find your own swimming spot on the quiet Bodden coast, away from traffic and crowds. A golf course is about 3 km away, and a large riding stable is just 500 m from the property. The apartment is located on the edge of Sehlen at the end of a cul-de-sac. Forest and hiking trails start right outside the door. Its quiet yet convenient location makes it easy for you to reach all of Rügen’s beaches, sights, and Stralsund. Your holiday home is on the top floor of the owner’s house, on a 2,700 m² garden property. With around 45 m², 2–3 guests can feel at home and relax in the living room or on the balcony (accessible from both the living room and bedroom) after a day of exploring. Books and games are also available. As this is a non-smoking apartment, the balcony is available for smoking.
